About me
Attorney, LL.M. | Polish–German legal advisory
I am an attorney with experience advising Polish and German-speaking business clients, with a particular focus on cross-border (Polish–German) transactions. I specialize in commercial, corporate and employment law, supporting SME clients in investment processes, restructurings and day-to-day operations.
I have experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, corporate advisory, commercial disputes and compliance projects — including matters requiring the application of German and EU law. I regularly support foreign investors entering the Polish market as well as Polish entities in their relations with partners from German-speaking countries.
